Cancellation Policy

If you’re planning to join us at Richmond Station we’d love to hear from you in advance. Having a reservation can offer you great piece of mind, especially if you’re visiting from out of town or commuting to see us from across the city. We’re blessed to be full every night and often run a wait list.As a process, we call every reservation 24 – 48 hours prior to confirm the time and party size.  If you’re running late, kindly give us a call at 647 748 1444 and let us know you’re on your way.

We do have a separate cancellation policy for groups of 8 or more.  At the time of booking you will be required to submit your credit card information for us to hold on file. We will confirm your final guest count with you 48 hours prior to your visit. A vacancy charge of $30.00 per guest will be applied for any difference between the number of guests in your party and the final guest count you confirmed 48 hours prior.
