WILL THIS MEAL BE PACKED HOT OR COLD?

Our three course meal will be packed cold and will come with simple cooking and handling instructions.

ARE THERE SUBSTITUTIONS AVAILABLE FOR ALLERGIES?

No.  When we prepare large format meals like this it is not possible to accommodate most dietary requests.  If you would like to inquire about slight modifications, please email info@richmondstation.ca. You can also order a la carte from our takeout menu where we regularly accommodate modifications.

HOW DO I KNOW IF I AM IN THE DELIVERY ZONE?

When you order Richmond Station on TOCK, the food is delivered in partnership with Doordash.  Their delivery zone is approximately a 10km radius from our front door at Richmond and Yonge.  If you are outside the delivery radius you can still order on TOCK, but you will have to come and pick it up at the restaurant.
