IS THERE A VEGETARIAN OPTION FOR THE VALENTINE’S DAY AT HOME MENU?

_{Yes, each kit includes two dinners. Please select the appropriate number of ‘Grass-fed Beef’ (standard) and ‘Maitake Mushroom’ (vegetarian) orders for your kit.}

WHAT IS THE ORDER DEADLINE FOR VALENTINE’S DAY AT HOME?

_{All orders for our Valentine’s Day Dinner At Home must be in by Friday, February 9th at 5pm.}

WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?

_{We will be handling all deliveries ourselves, therefore the delivery radius will be 25km from Richmond Station. There is a flat fee of $40 for all deliveries, regardless of distance.}

CAN I CANCEL MY DINNER AT HOME ORDER?

_{You may cancel your order with full refund by emailing info@richmondstation.ca before the order deadline of Friday, February 9th at 5pm.}

DOES THE DINNER AT HOME KIT ARRIVE HOT?

_{Our Valentine’s Day At Home dinners are packed in insulated boxes with cold packs, to be heated at home. Simple heating instructions are included with your order.}

DOES MY DINNER INCLUDE BEVERAGES?

_{One bottle (750ml) of Sparkling Wine from Kew Vineyards is included in your kit. Other wine, cocktail and beer selections are available to add on.}

WHEN WILL MY DELIVERY ARRIVE?

_{Although all orders placed through Tock will show a delivery time of 12pm, this actually represents a delivery window of 10am to 2pm on Tuesday February 13th.}

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE AVAILABLE FOR PICK UP?

_{Orders will be available for pick up at Richmond Station between 10am and 7pm on Tuesday February 13th.}
