Each Week Our Chefs Curate a Multi Course Menu
The food at Richmond Station is inspired by the ingredients we use. We buy locally, seasonally, and whole. We have spent years building partnerships with farmers and growers around Southern Ontario. This time of year, the Chef’s Menus are especially inspired by our own regenerative, organic garden on The New Farm in Creemore, ON. These menus are our opportunity to play with new ingredients that are just in season and new dishes that we are testing for our printed menu. Each week the menu is different. Listed below you will find this week’s and next week’s menus.
We recommend making reservations, however the menu is available if you happen to walk-in. Our kitchen team is happy to accommodate dietary restrictions. A curated beverage pairing is available with the menu and can be arranged with our service staff upon request.

IS THERE A VEGETARIAN OPTION FOR THE CHEF’S MENU?
Yes, we can create a full Chef’s Menu that is vegetarian.
CAN I STILL ORDER THE CHEF’S MENU IF I AM CELIAC?
Yes, you can order the chef’s menu if you are celiac, or if you have any other dietary restrictions or allergies. We are excited to cook for you and look forward to curating a menu that suits your preferences.
DO I HAVE TO BOOK IN ADVANCE IF I HAVE DIETARY RESTRICTIONS?
A little notice is always nice for the kitchen, but we can certainly accommodate dietary restrictions without advanced notice.
DOES THE PRICE INCLUDE GRATUITY?
Yes, all our menu prices include the cost of service. You can read more about our Hospitality Included model here.
HOW LONG DOES THE CHEF’S MENU REQUIRE?
We recommend having two hours and a half hours to spend at the restaurant with us, but if you happen to be pressed for time we can move through the menu at a faster pace for you. Please inquire with the service staff when you arrive.
