Every Two Weeks Our Chefs Curate a New Multi Course Tasting Menu
The food at Richmond Station is inspired by the ingredients we use. We buy locally, seasonally, and whole. We have spent years building partnerships with farmers and growers around Southern Ontario. The Chef’s Menu highlights the ingredients and farms we are most excited about working with right now.
Menu requires full table participation.

IS THERE A VEGETARIAN OPTION FOR THE CHEF’S MENU?
Yes, our kitchen team always has a plan for vegetarian substitutions.
CAN I STILL ORDER THE CHEF’S MENU IF I HAVE OTHER DIETARY RESTRICTIONS?
Our kitchen team will be happy to accommodate most dietary restrictions with 24 hours’ notice. We cannot guarantee that all dietary restrictions will be accommodated without advance notice.
CAN MY GROUP BOOK A CHEF’S MENU?
Parties of up to four guests can select the Chef’s Menu anytime when reserving online. Groups of 5 guests or more must book the Chef’s Menu in advance through our reservations team. Everyone in the group must opt in to do the Chef’s Menu.
DOES THE PRICE INCLUDE GRATUITY?
Yes, all our menu prices include the cost of service. You can read more about our Hospitality Included model here.
CAN I ADD ADDITIONAL ITEMS ONTO MY CHEF’S MENU?
Yes! Start with some oysters, add in a famous Stn. Burger. You name it. The menu is built to feed you well, so we recommend to substitute rather than add.
HOW MUCH TIME WILL THE CHEF’S MENU EXPERIENCE TAKE?
We try to seat every table in our dining room at least twice per service. Each menu is designed to take 2.5 hours.
CAN WE ORDER THE CHEF’S MENU AT ANY TIME?
The cutoff to start a Chef’s Menu is 9:15pm.
